Read an outline of the Gallery's future finances in the Corporate Plan

The Plan sets out the Trustees' overall strategy for the National Gallery, medium-term priorities and departmental objectives, as well as the financial plan for the coming year. It incorporates objectives relating to the Department for Culture, Media and Sport's priorities for the sector.

The bedrock of the Gallery's work will continue to focus on the permanent collection. Resources will continue to be devoted to preserving, enhancing and studying the collection. The Gallery will seek in particular to find imaginative ways to present the collection to a broad and diverse public.
